📏 How to Measure Your Wrist
Option A — String Method (Recommended):
- Wrap an unstretched sock, dental floss, or string snugly around your wrist
- Mark or pinch where it meets, then lay it flat against the screen
- Measure in segments, clicking + Add Segment after each
Option B — Direct Screen Method:
- Hold your wrist flat against the screen edge
- Measure the visible portion, click + Add Segment
- Rotate your wrist slightly, measure the next visible portion
- Repeat until you've measured all the way around (usually 3–4 segments)
